Objective: The High-Fidelity Intelligence Surface

The goal is to synchronize all Rangeview intelligence streams (RSS, Blog, Workflows) into a unified, high-fidelity UI that adheres to the Slate-950/Cyan-400 design language. Every piece of content must feel premium, modular, and deeply linked to the Sovereign DNA.

Phase 2: High-Intent Content & RSS Fidelity (COMPLETED)

• [x] Fix RSS post formatting to match Blog high-fidelity layout.

• [x] Ensure 5-automations article renders with optimized typography in RSS.

• [x] Stabilized PDF Workflow logic for batch processing.

• [x] Metadata Engine Repair: Patched base.njk to render dynamic meta descriptions and Open Graph/Twitter tags.

• [x] Technical Assets: Deployed dynamic sitemap.xml, AI-friendly robots.txt, and high-fidelity llms.txt/humans.txt.

• RSS Fix: Cleaned malformed frontmatter in src/rss/_posts/.
• Blog Consolidation: Moved root posts/ to src/blog/posts/ and standardized metadata.
• Layout Unification: Created src/_includes/article.njk for the premium split-view layout.

Phase 2: UI/UX Refinement (In Progress)

• Intelligence Engine: Upgraded src/js/workflow-assistant.js to handle all content types (Workflows, Blog, RSS).
• Modularity: Extracted the intelligence modal to src/_includes/intelligence-modal.njk.
• Typography: Bumped small metadata fonts from 10px to xs/sm for standard readability.
• Bug Fix: Stripped raw frontmatter (category: "tech") from appearing in content areas via the cleanContent utility.
• RSS High-Fidelity Rendering: Resolved "wall-of-text" issues by implementing automated paragraphing and ALL-CAPS sub-header detection in the formatRSS filter.

Phase 3: Structural Integrity & Linking (Next)

• Obsidian Sync: Verify that all website articles have valid Parent: links back to the Sovereign Memory.
• Orphan Audit: Ensure no "test" or "placeholder" files remain in the src directory.
• Sheldon Audit: Enforce canonical paths for all generated assets.

• Small Font Complaints: Ongoing refinement of the "header tiles" to ensure they wow the user.

Ultimate Goal

A fully autonomous, self-healing marketing portal that dynamically renders business intelligence directly from the Sovereign stack with 100% design consistency.

Phase 1 & 2 Execution Summary (May 14, 2026)

• Identity Patch: Replaced placeholders in schema.njk and base.njk. Updated Cory Schmaltz's schema to reflect 20 years of Army communications experience as an Authority/Founder signal.
• Title Overhaul: Patched titles for Home, Solutions, Contact, and Services.
• Meta Injection: Added meta descriptions and titles to ORCHESTRATION_LOG.md and templates.md.
• Content Expansion: Rewrote H2/H3 headers in solutions.njk and how-it-works.njk to highlight high-intent keywords (Scaling with n8n, Voice AI Integration, Reducing Headcount).
• Service & GEO Refinement: Updated services.md to focus on the 'Build-for-Failure' philosophy, and injected the 'Jamine Scraper' and 'Junkluggers Webapp' Sovereign Case Studies into llms.txt.njk.
• Validation: Executed npm run build locally, successfully validating XML and LLMs configurations.
